Min is the Principal and the founding member of RealSIDE Consulting Inc. Previous to his role, he has held senior advisory roles in two of the largest valuation & advisory firms in Canada: Altus Group and Cushman & Wakefield.

He has served both public and private sector clients including government bodies & institutions, pension funds, REITs, financial institutions, private investors & developers, as well as legal and accounting firms. He is experienced in a wide range of project and asset types including, but not limited to, institutional investment assets (retail, office, and industrial), development lands (subdivision analysis, residual analysis, and multiple scenario feasibility studies), and expropriations & arbitrations.

 

He considers himself very fortunate to have been involved in some of the largest development land valuation & consulting projects in the Lower Mainland. He is also grateful for having been involved in most institutional investment asset types and classes through national assignments. In his previous role, he was a member of the best practices group actively engaged in discussions around the highest valuation standards and practices in Canada.

 

Min is a fully accredited designated member of the AIC. He is also fluent in Argus DCF, Enterprise, and Developer applications.
